Donating to BibleStudyPodcasts.Org
Please note that as of January 1, 2010, we are no longer a non-profit corporation (or any type of corporation, for that matter). In order to sustain our status as a non-profit corporation, the IRS required that we raise a certain amount of support within three years. We fell short of that mark, and thus no longer have non-profit status. As such, donations are no longer tax-deductible…although we still need your support for our ministry.
On-line giving is available to make it more convenient to support and help maintain BibleStudyPodcasts.Org.

Something to consider before making a donation
Credit cards, like so many other useful and convenient things in life, can be abused. While they can make your life more simple if used properly, they can bring anxiety, distress, and even sin when abused. If you are unable to pay your credit card balance in full each month, we would encourage you not to use this means for donations. If you find it difficult to manage your credit card debt, and would like help doing so by a Biblical guideline, please contact us, and we will be more than happy to help you get help.
Paypal is equipped with a state of the art security and encryption system to ensure your safety.
What Does the Bible Say About Giving?
If you’ve never studied God’s Word to see what He has to say about giving, we ask that you would take time to read and meditate on 2 Corinthians 9:6-15, Luke 6:38, and Matthew 6:19-34.
Give yourself first 2 Corinthians 8:5 When you give to the Lord, it is an act of worship. God is pleased when the giving of your resources (financial or otherwise) grows out of a heart that belongs to the Lord.
Give proportionally and sacrifically Malachi 3:8, Mark 12:41-44 In the Old Testament, the tithe (10% of our income) was God’s law. In the New Testament, the principle is that our giving should be in proportion to how God has blessed us, and based on the Lord’s leading. If you’re wondering where to start, the tithe is an acceptable guideline, as long as you realize that there is no command to the New Testament Church to tithe. Jesus recognized the value on the sacrifice of giving (Mark 12:41-44).
Give intentionally 2 Corinthians 9:7 We are to give, just as we have purposed in our hearts. Don’t rush your decision. Pray about it first…always!
Give cheerfully 2 Corinthians 9:7 We are to give, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. If the thought of supporting Clean Slate Evangelical Ministries makes you cringe or feel obligated, we would kindly request that you withhold from giving until your heart is ready.
As you pray about your giving, don’t limit your giving to the local church. Think about supporting ministries that bless the poor (Isaiah 58:6-9) and participate actively in the Great Commission. Give carefully. Check out organizations to make sure they use funds wisely. And if you’re curious about how BibleStudyPodcasts.Org uses donations, please feel free to ask! 🙂
