- The bait that’s most successful in enticing us to stray from the path of righteousness: pleasures of the flesh, hands down!
- The path of the righteous and the path of those who tempt the righteous are diametrical and logical opposites!

- For the person who is overwhelmed by fear and anxiety, God steps in and offers peace and rest by trusting in Him alone.
- The peace of God isn’t something that can be contained by the person who has it – rather, it overflows in their life so that everyone who comes near them gets their feet in it!

- The person who has God’s wisdom seeks and honors God, whether times are good or difficult.
- The cost of gold…over $1000 per ounce. The cost of an ounce of silver…still very expensive. But wisdom…priceless! Wisdom and understanding are far more valuable than anything else this world has to offer.
- When the storms of life come, the wise hold fast to wisdom, but the foolish trust in their own understanding.
- When we remain mindful of the fact that God created the universe and everything in it, it will affect how we live our lives.
